  • □ 우리 대학 산업디자인학과 학생들이 제14회 유성국화전시회에 참여해 공공디자인 작품을 선보인다.Students from Hanbat National University's Department of Industrial Design (President Oh Yong-jun) will take part in the 14th Yuseong Chrysanthemum Exhibition and display their public design works.○ 산업디자인학과는 지난 3년간 유성국화전시회에 아트체험부스를 설치하여 관람객들로부터 큰 호응을 얻어왔으며, 올해 전시회부터는 기존과는 다른 팝업 갤러리 프로젝트라는 이름으로 새롭게 작품을 전시한다.For the last three years, the Department of Industrial Design has put up an art experience booth at the Yuseong Chrysanthemum Exhibition, and has received positive feedback from visitors. It is scheduled to move beyond object-centered installation art and design the entire room, offering a new form each year.○ 프로젝트를 기획한 김지현 교수는 모듈의 반복, 조합, 변형을 통해 다채로운 형태와 다양한 공간을 만들어 낼 수 있고, 모듈을 재사용할 수 있어 친환경적이다라며, 매년 다른 주제의 팝업 갤러리 프로젝트 시리즈를 통해 창의적인 아이디어를 제시하고자 한다라고 전시 취지를 전했다.ProfessorKim Ji-hyeon, who planned the project, said, Repetition, combination, and transformation of modules may produce various forms and diversity spots; also, modules are able to be reused, which is an eco-friendly solution. We intend to promote innovative ideas through a series of pop-up gallery projects with different themes each year..□ 올해의 작품 주제는 지속가능한 공공디자인(sustainable public design)으로 대전환경교육센터와 연계하여 주제를 선정했으며, 산업디자인학과 3학년 학생들이 공공환경디자인 수업을 통해 9개의 아이디어를 제안했다.This year's work revolves around the subject of "sustainable public design," which was selected in connection with the Daejeon Environmental Education Center. At a public environment design class, juniors from the Industrial Design Department proposed nine ideas.○ 지속가능한 공공디자인은 지역인 대전을 대상으로 자연과 조화로운 생활을 영위할 수 있는 친환경적 공공디자인, 공동체 교류 활성화를 이끌어내는 사회적 공공디자인, 지역의 정체성을 향유할 수 있는 문화적 공공디자인 세 가지 관점으로 작품을 도출했다.The Daejeon area is targeting sustainable public design, which was deducted from three angles: "eco-friendly public design that can lead a harmonious life with nature, "social public design that leads community exchange revitalizing," and "cultural public design that enjoys local identity".○ 이번 전시는 관람객들이 작품을 자유롭게 감상할 수 있도록 모듈형 부스를 주제별로 디자인하여 배치했으며, 휴게공간과 관람객 참여공간도 마련하여 국화와 함께 전시를 즐길 수 있도록 했다.Visitors could freely see the works in this exhibition owing to the modular booths that were constructed and arranged according to the each subject. Visitors might enjoy the chrysanthemum display with the addition of a rest space and a visitor involvement spot.○ 산업디자인학과 전서연 학생은 한 학기 동안 지속가능한 공공디자인에 대해서 고민한 내용을 유성국화전시회에 전시할 수 있게 되어 매우 뜻깊고, 지역 주민들이 즐길 수 있는 전시공간을 우리 학생들이 설치하여 큰 보람을 느낄 수 있었다고 말했다.The student Jeon Seo-yeon from the Industrial Design Department stated, "It is deeply meaningful to be able to exhibit the content on sustainable public design that we considered over for a semester at the Yuseong Chrysanthemum Exhibition.   • □ 우리 대학은 지난 8일 또래 친구들의 어려움을 들어주고, 이를 해결해 나갈 수 있도록 돕는 활동을 하는 2023학년도 학생상담센터 10기 또래상담자 임명식을 진행했다고 밝혔다.Hanbat National University (President Oh Yong-jun) declared that they took place the '2023 Student Counseling Center 10th Peer Counselor Appointment Ceremony' on the 8th, which involves activities aimed at listening to peers' struggles and receiving assistance in resolving them."○ 교내 국제교류관에서 개최된 이번 임명식을 통해 사전에 또래상담자 양성교육을 이수한 17개 학과, 총 31명의 학생이 임명됐으며, 올해 말까지 활동하게 된다.31 students from 17 departments who had previously finished peer counselor training were appointed during an appointment ceremony completed at the Office of International Affairs, and these students will hold their positions through the end of this year.□ 또래상담은 우리 대학 학생상담센터의 대표 프로그램으로 또래상담자를 활용하여 심리적으로 도움이 필요한 재학생들에게 학생상담센터를 안내하는 등 정보제공과 정서적 지지를 통해 학교 적응을 돕는 역할을 하고 있다.Peer counseling is a representative initiative of the Hanbat National University Student Counseling Center. Peer counselors assist existing students who require psychological assistance in getting to the student counseling center and offer them information and emotional support to help them adjust to school.○ 또래상담자로 활동하는 학생들은 활동실적에 따라 소정의 장학금과 우리 대학 졸업이수요건 중 하나인 비교과 활동 유닛을 부여받게 된다.Peer counselors get a minor scholarship depending on their performance and nonsubject activities unit, which is one of the prerequisites for Hanbat National University graduation condition.□ 이번 10기 또래상담자 대표로 선정된 신소재공학과 한주연 학생은지난해 또래상담자로 활동하며 성장하는 친구의 모습을 통해 뿌듯함을 느낄 수 있었으며, 연이어 활동하는 만큼 더 많은 친구들에게 도움이 될 수 있는 또래상담자가 되겠다고 포부를 밝혔다.Han Ju-yeon, a Materials Science and Engineering Department student who was chosen to represent the 10th Peer Counselors, stated, During my time as a peer counselor last year, I was able to see the growth of my friends, which gave me pride. The briefing began with an overview of Hanbat National University's educational innovation plan, present business performance status, ways for students to engage in the project, and the benefits offered to them, which piqued their attention.○ 특히 대학의 주요부서 실무자들이 직접 설명에 나서 학생들의 궁금증을 바로 해소해 줌으로써 효과적인 설명회가 되도록 했다.In particular, this productive briefing was enhanced by practitioners from the university's key departments responding students' queries right away and directly providing explanations.□ 우리 대학의 국립대학 육성사업은 △학생성공을 위한 Borderless 대학실현 및 진로지원 △지역인재 체계적 육성 △대학 간 네트워크 구축 및 교류협력 활성화 △대학 연구 기반 및 역량 강화 △미래수요 맞춤형 전문인재 양성 △글로벌 네트워크 및 학생 글로컬 역량 강화 등을 지원한다.Hanbat University's National University Development Project offers support for several initiatives, such as: recognizing a borderless university and providing career support for student success; systematic development of local talent; establishing networks and facilitating university-to-university exchanges and cooperation; strengthening university-based research and competencies; training professional talent in response to future demand; and fostering a global network that enhances student glocal competency.○ 각 프로그램별로 교수, 직원, 학생을 비롯해 지역의 청년, 주민, 기업 등도 참여가 가능하며 재학생을 위한 프로그램은 100여 개를 운영하고 있다.About 100 programs are now in operation for current students, and participation is open to professors, staff, students, local youth, residents, and businesses for each program.○ 그리고, 2023년은 이전에 각각 운영하던 국립대학 육성사업과 대학혁신지원사업이 국립대학 육성사업으로 일원화된 원년으로 현재 확보한 우리 대학의 사업 예산 규모는 약 70억 원이며, 인센티브 평가 결과에 따라 그 규모가 더 커질 전망이다.In addition, the National University Development Project and the University Innovation Support Project, which were previously run independently, will be combined into one program for the first time in 2023.   • □ 우리 대학 교수학습센터는 지난 22일과 23일 전북 전주에서 재학생 30여 명이 참여한 가운데 팔로워십 집중 워크숍을 가졌다.○ 이번 워크숍은 학생들이 미래 사회인으로서 리더를 도와 조직적인 활동에서 서로 긍정적인 관계 형성과 성과 제고를 이룰 수 있도록 팔로워로서의 필요 역량을 강화하고자 마련됐다.○ 학생들은 6개의 팀을 이루어 팔로워십 강연과 함께 팀빌딩, 팀워크 미션 등 다양한 활동을 했으며, CTL학습서포터즈는 학생들의 고민을 듣고 서로 대화하는 방식의 토크쇼를 통해 소통의 경험을 쌓고 공감하는 시간도 가졌다.○ 건설환경공학과 손동성 학생은 이번 워크숍을 통해 소통과 리더십, 팔로워십이 무엇이며, 또 그 필요성은 무엇인지 알아가는 중요한 시간이었다라며, 무엇보다 학생들의 자발적인 참여를 통해 함께 할 수 있었다는 점이 만족스러웠다고 소감을 남겼다.○ CTL학습서포터즈 창의융합학과 김소희 학생은 팔로워십과 의사소통에 대한 강연과 팀빌딩을 통해 협력이 필요한 활동에서 문제점과 개선 방법이 무엇인지 배울 수 있어 의미 있었다고 했다.□ 우리 대학 김주리 교수학습센터장은 이번 워크숍을 통해 팔로워십의 진정한 의미를 돌아보고, 학생들이 미래 사회인으로서 팔로워십을 통해 진정한 리더가 되는 기회였기를 바란다고 말했다.

  • □ 우리 대학 대학일자리본부는 지난 24일, 2학기 개강에 앞서 교수들의 진로지도 역량강화를 위한 온라인 세미나를 개최했다고 밝혔다.○ 우리 대학 대학일자리본부가 실시한 학생수요조사에 따르면 대학생들의 가장 큰 고민으로 졸업 후 진로를 많이 꼽고 있고, 취업에 대한 막연한 걱정과 직무관련 경험 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다.○ 또한, 한국고용정보원의 청년정책 체감도 및 만족도 조사에서는 전공 관련 진출분야 정보 제공 및 상담에 대해서 학과 교수의 도움을 가장 많이 희망하는 것으로 나타나 교수의 진로지도 역할이 중요해지는 시점이다.○ 이에 우리 대학은 진로교육 솔루션 운영사 ㈜트루밸류 정주영 대표를 초청해 진로교육의 현실, 주체가 빠진 진로교육이 부딪히는 문제, 당사자를 수동적이게 하는 진로교육 VS 능동적으로 만드는 진로교육 등의 주제로 온라인 강연을 제공했다.○ 이날 세미나에서는 78명의 교수가 참여했으며, 건설환경공학과 교수는 학생과의 공감대 형성, 작은 것 칭찬하기 등의 팁을 얻을 수 있어서 좋았고 이러한 소통이 진로지도의 시작점임을 깨닫게 되었다라고 교육 후기를 전했다.○ 우리 대학 대학일자리본부 박정호 본부장은 학생들이 진로문제를 적극적으로 해결하고 취업역량을 높이는 과정에서 교수가 종합적이고 체계적인 진로지도를 제공하도록 하는 토대를 지속적으로 마련해 나갈 계획이다라고 말했다.

  • □ 우리 대학은 22일 소프트웨어(SW)중심대학사업단 주관으로 SW교과과정 혁신을 논의하는 2023학년도 제1차 교과과정혁신위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다.○ 본 위원회는 2022년부터 운영하고 있으며, 산업현장에서 요구되는 4차 산업혁명 핵심기술 및 디지털 융복합 신기술 능력을 갖춘 디지털 인재를 양성하기 위한 교과과정 혁신 방안에 대해 논의하고, 기업 주도의 기업설계전공 같은 SW중심대학사업 비교과과정에 산업현장의 수요가 반영되도록 노력을 기울이고 있다.○ 이날 회의에는 내부위원으로 우리 대학 컴퓨터공학과, 인공지능소프트웨어학과, 모바일융합공학과, 지능미디어공학과 전공교수진과 소프트웨어중심대학사업단 산학협력중점교수가 참석했으며,○ 외부위원으로는 한국원자력연구원 유용균 실장과 ㈜비주얼라이트 정성근 대표, ㈜루센트블록 진준호 CTO, 한국전자통신연구원 AI아카데미 한동원 실장, ㈜유클리드소프트 박주한 대표가 참석했다.○ 위원들은 △기업의 인력 채용을 위한 기업주도의 기업설계전공과정 추진 취지 △오는 25일까지 기업설계전공으로 운영하는 웹앱 개발자 과정 사례 소개 △산업체 요구에 따른 교수방법 및 교육과정과 교과목 개발 제안 등을 주요 내용으로 효과적이면서 성공적인 협력방안에 대해 다양한 의견을 교환했다.□ 우리 대학 SW중심대학사업단장 황경호 교수는 교과과정혁신위원회는 우리 대학의 SW교육을 현장 친화형 교육으로 개선하기 위한 자문역할을 수행하며, 이번 위원회에서는 특별히 기업 중심의 SW교육 활성화를 위한 의견을 많이 나눴고 이를 바탕으로 추후 교육과정에 반영할 예정이다라고 말했다.

  • □ 우리 대학은 모바일융합공학과 주관으로 지난 12일과 13일, 19일과 20일 2차례로 나누어 교내에서 제5회 청소년 IT캠프'를 성공적으로 운영했다고 밝혔다.On the 12th and 13th and on the 19th and 20th, the Department of Mobile Convergence Engineering successfully conducted the "5th Youth IT Camp" on the Hanbat National University campus.○ 이번 캠프는 국립대학육성사업의 지원을 받아 체험형 창의학습 기반 지역특화 인재를 양성하고자 마련됐으며, IT기술에 관심이 있는 지역 초등학생 총 68명이 참여했다.With support from the Korea National University Development Project, this camp was designed to nurture regionally specialized talent via experiencing creative learning, and 68 local primary school students interested in IT technology participated.○ 프로그램은 전문 강사진과 대학생 멘토의 교육과 도움을 통해 1~3학년의 경우 블록코딩을 이용하여 게임, 번역기 등을 만드는 과정을, 4~6학년의 경우 아두이노를 활용하여 LCD창에 날씨 및 시간 정보 등이 표시되는 스마트 연필꽂이를 제작하는 체험활동을 했다.Through training and help from professional instructors and college student mentors of the program, 1st to 3rd grade students discovered how to code games, translators, etc. using block coding, and 4th to 6th grade students did experiment in producing smart pencil holder that displays weather and time information on an LCD window using Arduino.○ 우리 대학 IT캠프는 단순 경진대회 행사가 아닌 체험형 IT교육으로 참여 학생별 수준을 고려한 강사와 멘토의 보조지도를 통해 맞춤형 교육을 실시하고 높은 집중도로 교육효과가 좋다.The IT Camp at Hanbat National University offers an opportunity for hands-on IT education rather than just a contest.
