HRD센터, ‘미래내일 일경험 사업’ 3년 연속 운영기관 선정

- 인턴·프로젝트형 프로그램 통해 총 450명의 청년들에게 직무 경험 지원

□ 우리 대학이 고용노동부와 대한상공회의소가 주관하는 ‘미래내일 일경험 사업’ 운영기관에 3년 연속 선정되며, 본 사업을 통해 인턴형 150명, 프로젝트형 300명 총 450명의 청년에게 실무 중심 일경험 기회를 제공한다고 9일 밝혔다.

□ Hanbat National University announced on the 9th that it has been selected as an operating institution for the ‘Future-Tomorrow Work Experience Program’ for the third consecutive year. The program, hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will provide practical work experience opportunities to 450 young individuals, including 150 internship positions and 300 project-based positions.

 ○ ‘미래내일 일경험 사업’은 만 15세 이상 34세 이하 미취업 청년에게 기업 현장 기반 직무 경험을 제공해 취업 역량을 강화하고, 기업에는 청년 인재를 연결해 청년 취업과 기업 인력 수요 간 일자리 미스매치 문제 해소를 돕는 정부 지원 프로그램이다.

 ○ The ‘Future-Tomorrow Work Experience Program’ is a government-supported initiative designed to strengthen the employability of unemployed youth (ages 15 to 34) by providing field-based job experience. The program aims to address the labor market mismatch between youth employment and corporate demand by connecting talented young individuals with companies.

□ 국립한밭대학교는 이번 사업을 통해 기업 현장에서 실무를 경험하는 ‘인턴형’ 프로그램과 기업이 제시한 실제 과제를 해결하는 ‘프로젝트형’ 프로그램을 운영한다.

□ Through this project, Hanbat National University will operate 'internship-based' programs for on-site practical experience and 'project-based' programs focused on solving real-world challenges proposed by companies.

 ○ 인턴형 프로그램은 약 8주간 기업 현장에서 실무 인턴십을 수행하는 방식으로 진행되며, 프로젝트형은 청년들이 팀을 구성해 기업이 제시한 실무 과제를 해결하는 프로젝트 기반(PBL) 방식으로 운영된다.

 ○ The internship-based program involves approximately eight weeks of on-site practical training. Meanwhile, the project-based program operates on a Project-Based Learning (PBL) model, where youth form teams to solve real-world tasks assigned by companies.

 ○ 특히 참여 청년들은 기업 실무 전문가와 대학 교수진으로 구성된 멘토단의 지도를 통해 실무 역량과 문제 해결 능력을 체계적으로 향상시킬 수 있으며, 참여 기간 동안 소정의 활동 지원금도 받는다.

 ○ In particular, participating youth can systematically enhance their practical skills and problem-solving abilities under the guidance of a mentoring group, consisting of industry experts and university faculty. Additionally, participants will receive a prescribed activity allowance throughout the program.

□ 국립한밭대 HRD센터장 변영조 교수는 “국립한밭대학교는 산학협력 기반의 실무 중심 교육과 경험 중심 교육을 통해 청년들이 실제 산업 현장에서 요구되는 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 운영하고 있다”며, “이번 사업을 통해 지역 기업과의 협력을 더욱 강화하고, 청년들의 지역 기업으로의 취업이 이어져 지역 정주형 인재 양성에 기여할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
