Introduction

HANBAT NATIONAL UNIVERSITY

Since its establishment in 1927, Hanbat National University (HBNU) has undergone many changes and advances based on its engineering programs. The College of Information Technology was launched on March 1, 2012 during the university’s transition from an industrial college to a general university.

In the past, computers were merely tools for humanity. Today, Artificial Intelligence has evolved into a partner that expands human thought and collaborates with us side-by-side. In this era of transformation, our college is dedicated to teaching AI as both 'a vision to perceive the world' and 'a tool to solve its most complex problems.' The College of AI Convergence never stands still. We remain highly responsive to rapidly shifting global technology trends, providing a dynamic educational environment where students can apply classroom theories to real-world industrial challenges. Never stop questioning. We do not offer an education that simply seeks predefined answers; instead, we foster an environment that encourages asking new, bold questions. Objectives

  • The objective of the College of Information Technology is to foster professionals with creativity and expertise in convergence technologies in the new IT field leading the information age, as well as to foster excellent talents who are highly adaptable to new industries and who will lead their local communities and country with good character and excellent literacy in liberal arts and humanities.
