□ 교육성과센터는 지난 22일 교내에사 ‘2024학년도 H-UP e-포트폴리오 경진대회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
□ The Educational Performance Center of Hanbat National University (President Oh Yong-jun) announced that it held the ‘2024 H-UP e-Portfolio Competition’ on campus on the 22nd
○ H-UP e-포트폴리오 경진대회는 학생들이 재학 중에 학업, 비교과 활동, 핵심역량진단 등을 통해 학생경력을 종합적으로 관리할 수 있는 ‘학생종합경력관리시스템(H-UP)’을 활용하여 자기주도적 경력관리 역량을 향상하고자 매년 열리고 있다.
○ The H-UP e-Portfolio Competition is held every year to improve self-directed career management capabilities by utilizing the "Student Comprehensive Career Management System (H-UP)" that can comprehensively manage student careers through academic, extracurricular activities, and core competency diagnosis while students are enrolled.
○ 이날 본선에서는 예선에서 서류평가를 거쳐 선정된 7명의 우수 학생이 취업을 희망하는 산업 분야와 기업, 직무에 대해 자신들의 진로 목표 달성과 연계하여 교·내외 활동을 기반으로 쌓은 다양한 경험과 이력을 작성한 포트폴리오를 발표했다.
○ On this day, seven outstanding students selected through the preliminary document screening presented portfolios showcasing their career goals, desired industries, companies, job roles, and the diverse experiences and achievements they accumulated through internal and external activities.
○ 이번 대회의 대상은 건설환경공학과 황도현 학생이 수상했으며, 최우수상은 정보통신공학과 고은아, 산업경영공학과 김도형 학생이 각각 수상했다.
○ The top prize of this competition was won by Hwang Do-hyun, a student from the Department of Construction and Environmental Engineering, and Ko Eun-ah from the Department of Information and Communication Engineering and Kim Do-hyung from the Department of Industrial Management Engineering, respectively.
□ 이성호 교육성과센터장은 “이번 경진대회가 학생들이 자기주도적으로 희망 진로에 대해 준비하며 자신의 강점을 발견하고, 구체적인 진로 목표를 설정하는 데 큰 도움이 됐기를 바란다”고 말했다.
□ Lee Seong-ho, head of the Hanbat National University's Education Performance Center, said, "I hope this competition helped students to prepare for their desired career, discover their strengths, and set specific career goals."
