Completion of 'Semiconductor Meet-up! Day' in the Department of Intelligent Nano Semiconductor
□ 우리 대학은 지난 21일 지능형나노반도체학과 주관으로 중소․중견 기업 맞춤형 반도체 고급인재 양성을 위한 ‘반도체 Meet-up! Day’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
□ Hanbat National University (President Oh Yong-joon) announced on the 21st that it held "Semiconductor Meet-up! Day" to foster high-quality semiconductor talents tailored to small and medium-sized companies under the supervision of the Department of Intelligent Nano Semiconductors.
○ ‘반도체 Meet-up! Day’는 학생들에게 반도체 산업의 역사와 현황, 미래 기술 분야를 소개함으로써 반도체 산업에 대한 이해를 높이고자 마련됐다.
○ Semiconductor Meet-up! Day is designed to enhance understanding of the semiconductor industry by introducing students to the history and current status of the semiconductor industry and future technology fields.
○ 이날 행사에는 반도체와 대학원 지능형나노반도체학과에 관심이 있는 학생들이 참여했으며, 1부에서는 산업인류학연구소 박준영 소장을 강사로 초청해 ‘반도체 트렌드와 대학원 전공의 필요성’을 주제로 반도체 산업의 중요성과 반도체 미래의 가치, 반도체 기술 분야 등 학생들의 흥미를 끌 수 있는 내용의 특강을 진행했다.
○ Students interested in semiconductor and graduate intelligent nano semiconductor departments participated in the event, and in the first part, Park Joon-young, director of the Institute of Industrial Anthropology, was invited as a lecturer to give special lectures on the importance of the semiconductor industry, the value of the semiconductor future, and the semiconductor technology field.
○ 2부에서는 국립한밭대 지능형나노반도체학과의 입시설명회를 통해 조기취업형 계약학과 선도대학(원) 육성사업과 지능형나노반도체학과의 특성, 석사․박사과정 등을 소개하고, 창의융합교육센터의 시설 및 장비 등도 설명했다.
○ The second part introduced the early employment contract department development project, the characteristics of the intelligent nano semiconductor department, and the master's and doctoral programs, as well as the facilities and equipment of the Creative Convergence Education Center.
□ 지능형나노반도체학과는 입학과 동시에 반도체 관련 기업에 취업이 확정되는 조기취업형 계약학과로, 1․2학기는 전일제 대학원 학습 과정을 진행하고 3학기부터는 직장인으로 일과 학습을 병행하며, 3학기 만에 학위취득 및 조기 취업을 동시에 달성할 수 있다.
□ The Hanbat National University's Intelligent Nano Semiconductor Department is an early employment contract department that confirms employment in semiconductor-related companies upon admission, and the first and second semesters can conduct full-time graduate study courses, work and study as office workers from the third semester, and achieve degree acquisition and early employment at the same time in three semesters.
○ 입학생은 1․2학기 등록금과 생활비, 산학R&D프로젝트 수행을 통한 연구지원금 최대 5,000만 원 등의 다양한 지원 혜택을 받을 수 있으며, 2025학년도에는 오는 1월 10일까지 신입생 원서접수 및 이후 구술고사와 면접을 거쳐 석사과정 20명, 박사과정 5명을 선발할 예정이다.
○ Admitted students will receive various support benefits, including tuition, living expenses for the first and second semesters, and up to 50 million won in research support through the implementation of industry-academic R&D projects. In 2025, 20 master's programs and five doctoral programs will be selected after accepting applications for new students by January 10 and interviewing oral examinations.
