□ 국립한밭대학교는 10일 교내에서 등록금심의위원회를 열고 2025학년도 학부 등록금을 동결하기로 했다고 밝혔다.
□ Hanbat National University (President Oh Yong-jun) announced on the 10th that it held a Tuition Review Committee meeting on campus and decided to freeze undergraduate tuition fees for the 2025 academic year.
○ 이로써 한밭대는 학부 등록금을 18년 연속(’08∼’25년까지) 인하 또는 동결했다.
○ With this decision, Hanbat National University has either reduced or frozen undergraduate tuition fees for 18 consecutive years (from 2008 to 2025).
□ 오용준 총장은 “대학의 재정 운영도 어려운 상황이지만 국립대학으로써 사회적 책무를 다하고, 경제상황 등을 고려하여 가계 부담을 덜어주고자 학부 등록금을 동결하기로 결정했다”며, “정부재정지원사업 예산 등을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
□ President Oh Yong-jun stated, “Although the university is facing financial challenges, as a national university, we have decided to freeze undergraduate tuition fees to fulfill our social responsibility and alleviate the financial burden on households, considering the current economic situation.” He added, “We will make efficient use of government financial support project funds.”
□ 한편, 대학원 등록금은 학생 위원들도 동의하며 교육부가 고시한 등록금 인상률 법정상한(5.49%) 내에서 일반대학원은 2.8%, 전문·특수대학원은 4.7% 각각 인상하기로 했다.
□ Meanwhile, graduate school tuition fees will be increased within the legal maximum tuition increase rate (5.49%) set by the Ministry of Education, with the agreement of student representatives. Specifically, tuition for general graduate schools will increase by 2.8%, while tuition for professional and specialized graduate schools will rise by 4.7%.
