  • - 재학생 정신건강 증진 위한 정서조절 능력 향상, 스트레스 해소, 자기이해 상담 프로그램 진행□ 우리 대학 학생상담센터는 지난 3월 31일부터 5월 12일까지 학생들의 정신건강 증진을 위해 2025학년도 1학기 집단상담 프로그램을 운영했다고 밝혔다.○ 이번 학기 집단상담 프로그램은 정서조절 능력 향상, 스트레스 해소, 자기이해를 주제로 했으며, 총 20명의 학생을 소그룹으로 구성해 각 주제별로 총 4회씩 진행했다.○ 학생들은 전문 상담사들의 지도 아래 변증법적 행동치료(DBT) 기법을 활용한 토닥토닥 내 마음 자기조절 능력 향상과 놀이치료를 활용한 스트레스 OUT! 행복한 삶을 위한 힐링 클래스 스트레스 관리, MBTI를 활용한 이게 나에요 자기이해 프로그램에 참여하여 서로 활발한 상호작용을 통해 정서적 지지와 심리적 성장을 도모하는 계기가 됐다.○ 집단상담에 참여한 기계공학과 김성우 학생은 감정에 대해 보다 깊이 이해할 수 있었고, 스스로 감정을 조절하는 연습도 할 수 있어 유익했다고 소감을 전했다.○ 학생상담센터 관계자는 이번 프로그램은 학생들이 일상 속에서 겪는 다양한 심리적 어려움에 보다 효과적으로 대처할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 마련됐으며, 실생활에 바로 적용할 수 있는 심리 기술을 익히는 데 중점을 뒀다며, 앞으로도 학생들의 심리적 건강을 지원하기 위한 맞춤형 상담 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영해 나갈 계획이다라고 밝혔다.

  • - 유성경찰서와 국립한밭대 인권센터총학생회가 협력- 화장실 등 다중 이용시설 전수조사로 안전한 캠퍼스 조성□ 우리 대학은 26일 인권센터 주관으로 총학생회, 유성경찰서와 협력하여 캠퍼스 내 모든 화장실을 대상으로 불법촬영 카메라 설치 여부에 대한 합동 점검을 실시했다.○ 이번 점검은 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있는 디지털 성범죄, 특히 불법촬영 범죄에 대한 경각심이 높아지고 있는 가운데, 학내 구성원의 인권 보호와 안전한 생활환경 조성을 위해 마련됐다.○ 전문 탐지 장비를 활용하여 교내 모든 건물의 남녀 화장실과 장애인 화장실, 휴게실 등 다중 이용시설 전 공간에 대해 면밀히 확인했으며, 점검 결과 불법촬영 장비는 발견되지 않았다.○ 또한, 환경개선이 필요한 곳에 대해서는 해당 부서와 협력하여 보다 안전한 캠퍼스 환경이 될 수 있도록 향후에도 정기적인 점검과 함께 감시체계를 강화해 나갈 계획이다.□ 국립한밭대 남윤의 인권센터장은 학생들의 안전한 대학생활을 위해서는 사전 예방이 가장 중요하며, 앞으로도 캠퍼스 내 디지털 성범죄 예방 교육, 신고 체계 강화, 정기적인 점검 등을 통해 인권 친화적이며 안전한 환경을 조성해 나가겠다고 밝혔다.□ 한편, 우리 대학 인권센터는 매년 정기적으로 학생자치기구, 관내 유성경찰서와 협력하여 불법촬영 카메라 점검을 실시하고 있으며, 특히 신학기, 학내 주요 행사 전후에 집중 점검을 통해 학내 구성원들의 심리적 불안 요소를 사전에 차단하기 위해 노력하고 있다.
